Information you choose to share
When you request a consultation, we collect your name, email, phone number, contact preference, appointment preference, and preferred contact window. Selected treatments and AI conversations are not attached to your contact request. Please do not submit medical history or sensitive health information through the contact form.
ReUp AI and your private plan
Messages you enter into ReUp AI are processed by an AI service to generate educational responses. Conversations and selected treatments are kept only in current page memory, not in browser localStorage or our consultation database. Refreshing or closing the page clears that private plan. Do not enter diagnoses, medications, laboratory results, medical history or identifying health information. Automated safeguards cannot detect every sensitive message.
My RE UP session
My RE UP uses a signed, expiring HttpOnly cookie to remember that a session has been activated, without putting your identity, treatment selections, or medical information in that cookie. It does not authenticate you to clinical records. End your session in the hub to remove it. Appointments, medical forms, consents, and clinical records are managed through our secure booking partner and your provider.
Clinical information
This website is designed with privacy-conscious boundaries, but is not represented as a HIPAA-compliant clinical system. Use the secure profile and intake links provided by our booking partner for clinical information; do not send that information to this website or the public AI assistant.
How we use information
We use consultation information to respond to your inquiry, coordinate scheduling, and support the care process. We do not use a separate SMS consent to imply consent to marketing.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted by contacting RE UP at (786) 988-7387. Information may be retained where required by applicable law.
